It can be difficult growing up and people under the age of 18 may find themselves getting in trouble with the law. The age of criminal responsibility in England and Wales is 10 years old.

TAHMINA & Co recognise that mistakes can be made at an early age and sometimes a criminal conviction can cause damaging consequences in the future.

We understand that younger people require a different approach from adults. Children between 10 and 17 can be arrested, charged and taken to a youth court. The Youth Court procedure is different to that of the adult court procedure.

TAHMINA & Co make themselves approachable by being easy to talk to, explaining all aspects clearly and being supportive throughout  your criminal case.

If you require representation at the police station or at court please contact us.
